Can I exchange it for another size?

No. Orders confirmed, purchased, and delivered cannot be returned. A size guide is available to aid you in placing an order for your accurate size. However, exceptions are made only for online purchases.

Where are your clothes made?

All outfits are designed in our production factory in Lagos.

What makes AJL different from any other brand?

Can I visit you in person?

Yes, you can visit our store at No 11 Aliyu shopping complex Adeoyo Ring Road Ibadan.

What styles do you have?  Jumpsuits, work dresses, outing dresses, sets, separates – tops, skirts, and pants, leather bags.

What sizes do you offer? – Our sizes range from 16-35 Refer to the size guide and confirm availability.

Pricing – Our prices are fixed and non-negotiable, except for discounts offered during sales or large purchases.

What modes of payment do you accept? – We accept transfers to any of our banks for online orders only. In-store orders accept cash or card payment, no transfers, except during exceptional instances such as a POS failure.

Shipping – On the website, after payment is made, the delivery option is activated. Pick-up is also available in-store after an online purchase has been made. Delivery is done 1-2 working days in Ibadan, 2-4 working days outside Ibadan, and 10-14 days for Int’l shipping.

Complaints

Bad Product(s) – Issues such as stains and tears allow for a replacement of an item or a refund, provided it is proven that the damage was done before delivery.

Fitting (Sizing Inconsistencies) – Replacements are accepted on sizing issues, but this is limited to online orders only.

Payment Issues – Where a credit transfer is yet to be received, the item cannot be delivered even if the client has been debited. POS decline that leads to debit on the client card DOES NOT lead to a completed order. We also offer payment options such as stockpiling, where payment is spread over a period of two weeks, to offer clients who cannot pay on the go, an opportunity to shop for their favourite items regardless. 

Exchange and Returns

No returns can be made for in-store purchases. 

Returns/Exchanges for online purchases are 24 hours after delivery.

No refunds, balance as store credit/gift card, etc. See refund policy for more info.
